Agreement Terms
1. Parties
AMG Record LLC, doing business as AMG Records (AMG). Artist is an independent recording artist. Together referred to as the "Parties".
2. Purpose of the Agreement
AMG will distribute Artist's music globally. Artist keeps 100% ownership & royalties. AMG does not take commission.
3. Term
Agreement lasts 1 year from signature. Renewal required for continuation.
4. Royalties & Financial Terms
Artist receives 100% royalties. AMG only transfers royalties. Withdrawals above $100 USD.
4.2 African Payment Methods Supported
Wave, Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Moov Money, Airtel Money, M-Pesa, Bank Transfers, Wise, PayPal (where available).
5. Distribution Services
Delivery to all major DSPs: Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, Deezer, TikTok, Audiomack, Boomplay. Full African coverage. UPC & ISRC assignment. Artist Portal provided.
6. Artist Responsibilities
Submit high-quality masters, artwork (min 1400x1400px), metadata, non-infringing content, deliver at least 2 weeks prior.
7. Ownership
Artist confirms full ownership of masters, artwork, copyright, lyrics, composition. AMG claims no ownership.
8. Independent Status
This is a distribution deal only. No advances. No partnership, employment, or joint venture created.
9. Termination & 10. Governing Law
Either Party may terminate in writing. DSPs removal upon termination. Governing Law: USA, U.K, France & All African Countries.
